Racism and gender biase threats are used to manipulate your vote.
Monday, December 31st, 2007Enough is enough, I ‘m not taking any more. The 2008 elections around the corner and the issues are not issues anymore.
Hey folks coming back from yet another post in a forum on MySpace. In the past few weeks it seems the issues have become less important than gender and race and that presidential candidates would rather have your sympathy than respect.
There have been dozens of forums and blogs and even news coverage suggesting that votes against Hillary are men being sexist and votes against Barrack Obama are whites and Hispanics being racist???? It couldn’t just be that we see better candidates for president.
The last forum was another outcry for elect Hillary as the first woman president because she’s a woman. I wrote the following reply and hope you agree and will help make sure we go to the polls on issues and not race or gender.
In this race it’s not a matter of gender at all. Hillary is not the first woman to run and by far not the most qualified to become president. The questions are not gender in this race, but how many lies and flawed plans, how many failures on health-care, and how many changed opinions based on polls can female voters ignore before they start voting against Hillary. We should not elect Barrack because he’s black or Hillary for what’s between her legs, we need a leader regardless of gender with something between their ears.
